Why isn’t pricing listed?
Because each path is different. We first sense fit and recommend the right container and cadence on a brief call; then we share pricing and logistics. This keeps the focus on what genuinely serves you.
I’m not sure which container fits. Where do I start?
Start with the Contact Us form. On the brief fit call, we’ll sense your situation and recommend the right container.
Do you offer single sessions?
No. In our experience, one-offs don’t create the depth or stability needed for real integration.
What happens on the short fit call?
We listen to where you are , clarify what support would help, and outline the container that fits. If it’s mutual yes, we agree on start dates and practicals.
I’m going through a rough time. Will this help with shadow work and strong emotions?
Yes. We meet everything gently and directly—grief, fear, shame, patterns. The work is not about adding concepts, but seeing clearly and integrating in daily life. If you are in acute crisis or need clinical care, we’ll encourage you to get appropriate support alongside this work.
